1. The service and these terms

These terms govern RepairFlow, operated by PMY Digital (PG0496234-W), Malaysia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it and be at least 18. RepairFlow supplies repair-shop management software; we do not perform device repairs or become a party to a shop’s repair contract with its customers.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

Provide accurate account and shop details, protect credentials and permit access only to authorized staff. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for keeping your contact details current. Tell help@repairflow.com.my promptly about suspected misuse. Staff permissions and plan limits apply. Do not share owner credentials or upload information you are not entitled to use.

3. Plans, pricing and renewal

Available features and MYR prices are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Free includes the limits shown for that plan. A paid subscription buys 30 days following verified payment. Renewing the same plan extends remaining time; an expired subscription starts a new term after verification. Renewals are manual: there is no automatic debit. Changes to a different plan during an active paid term are not currently supported. Any applicable tax or gateway charge must be shown before payment. Future price changes apply to future purchases, not a period already paid for.

4. Payment verification and expiry

Where available, subscription payment is made on toyyibPay’s hosted checkout, subject to its payment terms. Returning to RepairFlow alone does not confirm payment; our server must verify the transaction. Sandbox payments are tests and do not activate paid features. If status is unclear, contact support with the reference rather than paying again. When a paid term expires, Free limits apply and paid tools may be restricted; existing records are not automatically deleted merely because the subscription expires. Payments recorded inside a repair ticket are bookkeeping entries and do not transfer customer funds.

5. Cancellation, errors and refunds

You can stop renewing at any time; stopping renewal does not create another charge. Contact support to request account closure. We do not automatically prorate unused subscription time for a voluntary cancellation. Contact help@repairflow.com.my promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, unauthorized payment or a service that was not supplied. We investigate and provide a correction or refund where appropriate or required by law. Approved refunds are handled through an appropriate payment channel, and banking or provider processing time may vary. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

6. Your data and permitted use

You retain rights in the content you upload and allow us to host, process, back up and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of records, notices and permissions required for customer information, staff access, repair authorizations and any messages you send. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, malware, unauthorized access, fraud, infringement or attempts to bypass limits. Do not store device unlock codes, payment-card credentials or unrelated sensitive records. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.

7. Availability, support and backups

We aim to keep the service available but do not provide a guaranteed uptime or response-time service level under these standard plans. Maintenance, network failures and provider outages may interrupt access. Routine backups support recovery, but a backup is not a guarantee against all loss. Keep appropriate business exports and independent records. Contact support for recovery or export assistance. Automated shop-to-customer email, SMS or WhatsApp delivery is not included unless a connected feature expressly states otherwise.

8. Intellectual property and third parties

We and our licensors retain rights in RepairFlow’s software, design and branding. Your plan permits use of the service for your business; it does not transfer ownership of the software. You may use your own authorized shop logo on supported invoices. Third-party services, websites and payment providers have separate terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or decisions.

9. Suspension, termination and changes

We may restrict access where reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, legal requirements, material misuse or a breach of these terms. Where practical we give notice and a chance to resolve the issue; urgent action may be necessary. Contact support about correcting a restriction or retrieving lawful records, subject to identity checks, retention duties and protection of other people’s information. We may improve or change features; material changes to paid service or these terms will be communicated appropriately. Changes do not retrospectively remove an accrued mandatory right.

10. Warranties, liability and disputes

RepairFlow’s reports are operational tools, not professional accounting, tax or legal advice. Check invoices, stock movements and financial entries before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and limit our aggregate liability for the service to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event. This limit does not apply where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable liability for fraud or mandatory consumer protections. These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Please first contact help@repairflow.com.my or WhatsApp +60 16-8306415 to seek resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before the courts or competent tribunals with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
